Jeremy is always writing about the yummy food in Taiwan. Here's a photo of him eating one of his favorite dishes. He described it in a previous email as "fried rice and pork wrapped in an scrambled egg. Kinda hard to explain but so tasty. It’s like this huge egg ball with an interior of rice and meat, as soon as you stick your chopstick in it everything spills out and its so delicious". He has mastered chopsticks, as there are no forks to be found!
